Just returned from a trip of a lifetime exploring Morocco, Italy, France and Spain and discovering great new flavors and dishes! With Rock and Rail fest being next weekend and only 2 markets remaining in September I have decided to conclude my time at the market for the season. I want to thank you all for the support you've given me this summer and let you know you can continue to find Rad Dish through the other seasons at @charcuterienwi , @pokrobrewingco , Old World Market in Valparaiso, @cultivatedculturecafe in Miller and keep eating those Rad Dogs from @relish_broad_street_dogs and breakfast burritos at @grindhouse219 !!

Excited to have a vegan option at the symphony this year! Charcuterie will be bringing along some Rad Dish cheeze spreads as well as fruits and breads for you to enjoy with a cold beverage! Kick back and enjoy this Saturday!

The market resumes tomorrow and then there is another week off. I will be stocked with cheeze spreads and hummus as well as the pictured Pad Thai Bowls (zucchini and carrot spirals, bell pepper. edamame and a ginger peanut sauce. Raw) as well as these salted caramel chocolate cupcakes. Salted buttercream frosting on top of chocolate cake that has been poked and filled with housemade #vegan caramel. See you tomorrow!! I'm finally back at the market tomorrow! And weather is looking preeeetty perfect! I'll have these goodies waiting: Fusion roasted corn salad- with a gochujang ranch sauce, toasted coconut loads of fresh herbs and tomato Wild rice bowls- black rice tossed in a bright tahini dressing with gogi, dried blueberry and cherries, pepitas and pine nuts. And grapefruit cupcakes are back by popular demand 😉

Unfortunately it does not look like the weather is going to cooperate tomorrow 😔😔 we cant seem to catch a break on Fridays! We will not be there tomorrow but will see you July 6! (There is no market scheduled next Friday)

Hoping tomorrow is as nice as today 🤞 Swing by for some healthy options and a treat. Life is all about balance! -Raw tomato soup made with hemp, celery, organic tomatoes, garlic, lime and a little habanero kick -Roasted Cauliflower bowls with lentils, arugula and a creamy lemon tahini dressing -Dirt pudding with twizzlers "worms" Cheezes are buffalo, beer and sundried tomato basil and green curry hummus is available also! Dont forget to grab some flowers from Morning Glory flowers!

A cold citrus soba noodle bowl with a creamy tahini orange sauce, millet pilaf topped with sauteed garlicky turnip greens and a baked BBQ tofu slab, and a carrot cake with housemade cashew cream cheese frosting! I'm super excited to share that Morning Glory flower arrangements will be available at my booth starting this Friday! I can't rave enough about Lindsey's talents. She grows them locally- basically down the street from the market!
